What it does
Line for the automatic packaging of the finished product at line end, with fully automatic order management. In the strip configuration (slitter output) it integrates a magnetic tipper to unload strips from the turnstile, motorised roller tables, strapping machines to tie single strips, a portal-traversing magnet, four storage stations and a radial strapping machine for multiples. For tubes and profiles it integrates packers and bundling units to form and strap bundles. Max diameter 2000 mm, max coil height 500 mm.
